The FPi-4030 Folder/Inserter is designed for mail 
rooms with a monthly volume of up to 40,000 letters.
Easily will feed, fold, and insert letters into envelopes which are then automatically sealed and ejected into an organized stack. Automatic monitoring ensures the correct number of sheets per envelope. It can easily handle up to 3,500 letters per hour. Also, the FPi 4030 system includes a variety of features and special functions such as 20 programmable jobs and Fill & Start, enabling anyone to operate the system without training.
Real Sheet Control allows for safe and reliable elimination of double-feed messages by measuring the papers thickness. Feed, fold and insert multiple sheets per job with the system’s Multifeed feature, or process a stack of envelopes, business reply cards, or similar short inserts using the Maxifeeder feature.
