We equip our technicians with laptops and provide immediate web access so that they can have access to manuals and on-line support sites while in the field.  We have a fully-automated dispatch system and we have implemented a Remote Technician feature of our back-end operating software that allows technicians to complete service call paperwork on-line, dispatch themselves to the next call in their queue, attain machine histories and to determine parts availability.

We offer a concentration in digital connectivity and specialized training.

Help Desk Support

Besides being known for friendly, efficient customer service from dispatch to the routing of your call to a field service representative, Budget Document Technology offers complete Help Desk Support.  Our Help Desk is able to solve many user questions, provide remote support for the adding of new users, driver setups, network connectivity support for scanning and email and many more services that can be supported remotely.

Fleet Monitoring

Budget Document Technology offers remote monitoring services to clients.  With this program, Budget can proactively set supply alerts for your equipment, attain meter reads without a phone call, and receive service information.  This monitoring program also allows our clients to access many detailed report options that can provide executive summaries regarding your fleet information, from page volumes to power consumption.

CompTIA CDIA+ Architect on Staff

In today’s digital office environment training is more important than ever.
